School Holiday Program | Museum of Brisbane

Hidden behind Hotel Indigo’s red doors, Bar 1603 has given high tea a glow-up with a sculptural, Zen Garden-inspired spread designed to explore layer by layer. For $99 per person, expect bubbles on arrival, delicate savoury bites like wagyu tataki and katsu sando, plus playful sweets including ube doughnuts and a standout chocolate bonsai tree, available Friday to Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

Veuve Clicquot Champagne Domes | Patina at Customs House

Sip into winter with Patina at Customs House, where the Veuve Clicquot domes pop up on the riverside terrace from 26 May to 5 July. Set inside cosy, Euro‑inspired domes overlooking the river, it’s all about bubbles and bites with some seriously good views.
