Lord Mayor’s Lighting of the Christmas Tree | King George Square

The most wonderful time of year has arrived once again and to kick off the festivities on the 28 November, The Lord Mayor’s Lighting of the Christmas Tree will be starting with bang! Dylan Wright, winner of the Australian Idol 2024 will be performing, Santa and his elves will be making an appearance, and fireworks will light up the sky.

BrisStyle Twilight Markets | King George Square

There is no better place then to tick off your Christmas gift list than at artisan markets and Brisbane’s favourite makers are popping up in the heart of The City with the BrisStyle Twilight Markets. Wander through stalls brimming with locally made treasures, from hand-poured candles and artisan jewellery to unique fashion, ceramics and gifts you won’t find anywhere else. The Art of Banksy- Without Limits | Uptown

The Art of Banksy Without Limits chapter two in Brisbane City offers an immersive journey through over 150 of Banksy’s iconic works, including prints, sculptures, and installations. Explore thematic zones like the Infinity Room and dismal inspired spaces where you can experience Banksy’s signature blend of dark humour, activism, and social critique all in a museum-quality exhibition located at Uptown Queen Street Mall.

A brand-new cultural exhibition is coming to the Museum of Brisbane. Magpie Goose is a proud First Nations fashion brand and social enterprise that will be showcasing incredible designs and cultural stories from 22 November.
