Travelling for work can often feel like a break in routine but it doesn't need to be a break in your fitness journey. Homegrown Brisbane major event, and CrossFit Games Semifinal, the Torian Pro, has curated daily workouts for ATE25 delegates to ensure you can keep moving, even in the comfort of your hotel room. 

 

Any experienced CrossFitters of ATE25 are invited to join a complimentary class at the iconic CrossFit Torian located in Bowen Hills (The largest CrossFit gym in the Southern Hemisphere). Email [email protected] to book your class.

Monday

As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of: 

10 air squats

10 up-downs

10 push-ups

Tuesday

For length of time it takes to complete:

60 sit-ups

50 lunges

40 push-ups

30 single-leg squats

20 burpees

Wednesday

As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of: 

10 burpees 

30 lunges (walking or alternative legs) 

15 inchworm + push-ups

Thursday

4 rounds of reps:

1-minute max step-ups

1-minute max jumping air-squats

*Rest 1 minute between rounds

*Step up to a bench or other object
