Brisbane’s innovation boom is being used to lure new investment and businesses to the city, with a bold new campaign, Alive with Opportunity, highlighting the city’s unmatched potential for growth.
With Brisbane’s economy forecast to grow 68% to $275 billion by 2041, the Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) campaign positions Brisbane as the premier destination for businesses to invest, innovate, expand and thrive.
From ground-breaking healthcare to cutting-edge aerospace engineering, the campaign showcases the city’s game-changing innovations, designed to capture the attention of business leaders, investors and entrepreneurs nationwide.
According to BEDA’s State of the City Report, Brisbane is home to more than 140 innovation hubs, the highest density of hubs per capita in Australia, and world-leading robotics skills and research, while its manufacturing exports are growing faster than the rest of the country, positioning the city as a powerhouse of innovation.
